Canna Exotics is where you can find Gooeybreeders work, https://www.jbcseeds.com/canna-exotics/?product-page=1, although I don't think any of it is feminized.
I've never grown Gooey but I used to buy it in the late 90's- early 2000's and it was amazing! I haven't bought seeds from Gooey breeder, but it's clear looking at his strain list and listening to interviews( https://soundcloud.com/the_pot_cast%2Fepisode-21-ft-gooey-breeder-of-canna-exotics ) that he puts his time in on his strains. I have bought seeds from the breeder Norstar Genetics which partners with/uses some of Gooey Breeders work in their strains, and I was very happy with the results.

My Mr.Nice SSH I ran indoors was 10 to 11 weeks and some very nice smoke.

Ideally, it’s recommended for reg/photo plants to be allowed to reach sexual maturity before flowering, for max potency and expression of traits. This is usually 6-8 weeks minimum, and then flower.
