Looking for a simple supersoil recipe to start off with.

I'm wanting to start cooking some supersoil and was wondering if anyone local had a good recipe to start off with. Ive done a little research and some of the items they want you to add i cant find in local grow shops. Any local growers in MI let me know what your recipes are. Im tired of fertlizers, Id prefer the just add water approach. Just recently had some totally organic smoke and loved it. I want to be able to produce something comparable. The "just water" gets harder the smaller the container you're planting in. Can you accommodate something more than a 5 gallon pail? Feel free to continue this discussion on that thread above. Lots of Michigan soil-heads there getting dirty

You can buy small amounts of the ingredients not found in grow stores online. Or just buy the super soil charge pack from tee gee ehh it comes with everything you need to blend into your base soil of choice + worm castings. Ss is most effective growing trees 4+ft tall and #10 pots. Small or sensitive plants will hate ss. Grow your seedlings or clones to about a foot tall in #2 pots then transplant into #10's. Large plants 5-6ft tall in a room with multiple 1000's and co2 will require more than just water. I top dress with ss on day 7 and hit them with microbe food on day 14 and day 25. Day 35 and I will hit them with roots Buddha bloom then all water till day 60+. I use only water in veg.
