Ok, i finally got my wife on board for purchasing a property solely for the purpose oof outdoor growing. If any one has any expierence with this it would be greatly appreciated. Obviously it should be far away from people,, but what else should i look for? I dont want to start growing up there and then realize i missed some crucial step that I didnt foresee.

I am jealous....20 acres plus is good...that far north you could find good land for 1k an acre...make sure it is not all wooded and had some good sun....fresh water ...not some Meth heads cooking next door ....a structure is a plus for drying ...high n dry...not flood plane...

If your jealous do it!!!! I did some calculations...and i figure with the money im saving on electricity it will pay my small loan sfor the properity. Plus when i sell all thst damn equipment ill have a sizable down payment. Also many of the properties are surrounded by thousands of acres of state land. Thanks fuor the input fellas. Does there have to be a water source or do you think a rain collection system would suffice

i for one would def put up a greenhouse to keep rain off them, make them harder to see, and you can keep them going longer threw the shorter michigan grow season. esp that far up north

My plan is a greendhouse after the first season. Ive done outdoors before jusut no where near the scale as what im attempting. I just want to make enough to tell my asshole boss to fuck off. See i thought it ,was legit to grow outside now here, as long as its in something that can be locked, such as a greenhouse or dog kennel etc. But eithet way no guts no glory im going for it. Would you guys plant right in the ground, use pots or make ,raised planter boxes and haul in soil? Or ammend the soil thats there

In the ground...no more than 4 plants in a patch....blend em with sorrounding plants...start em indoor n move outdoor in late may early June ...look into some early finishers like speed queen ntimewarp ...Iranian auto for late September. Finishers...then get some hybrids. For mid October to Halloween. Finishers ......

hes north of flint which itself is a good deal north from back home... your much more south of dude.. back i victorville area in socal there grow season goes like to the end of nov first week of dec. its nutts. you can grow them huge ass long flowwering sativas out there and the hot and dry elevated enviormentis much more suited for them
