Looking for Commercial Grow Inspiration

Hi all,
Long story short I'm getting 5 million dollars to launch a vertically integrated cannabizness in newly legalized Minnesota.
So yeah, show me them commercial setups and why you grow that way!

Seems to be what happens once legalization happens. Market gets flooded with bud, prices drop, and margins slim. Guess if the company can survive all that, and come out on top, they win. Most won't likely.

If you don't already know how to grow and what a commercial setup looks like then you have NO PLACE what so ever undertaking this project. You are basically stealing from the investor.

The only people that make money off cannabis is the gubment. Once you pay for the bonds, fees, permits, licensing, testing, taxes and the normal overhead costs of production, the only thing you'll be left holding in your hand is your joint.

no way anyone on here is gonnea write you a million page to-do and secrets to doing this business or everyone would have it already. cannabis business from these advisors and rappers make it look easy by false claims but like anything. I wanna know the % of business even with huge cash and money in bank backing do they fail within first 1-3 years but also how many are selling their crops ? there’s so many gold digging business they are fronting these distro if not millions and praying u even get paid.


i was offered multiple offers to go LP or “partners“ and every single one looked good on paper and many promised and every single one claimed they gonnea make millions in profits. Well all of them are almost broke or done and I’m soooo happy I wasn’t fooled by some “master grower” or “advisor” to claim this federally illegal business will work and also get your money in banks to even pay the employees and the GOV/IRS.

It’s a cutthroat industry. I’ve been around it since Colorado legalized. Washington and then Alaska. I’d rather run a pony ride.

Money is in the black market which exists side by side with legal. Not with the blessings or approval of the legal side. That’s for sure. One big op here got it’s permit pulled after getting $750,000 behind in taxes to the state. And they’re just the biggest so far. Not the only ones to have permits lifted. Black market? No such hassles.
