SCROG is SCReen Of Green.
You veg out your plants under a screen mounted above them. As the branches fill in under the screen, they form an even canopy of bud when flowered. From a lighting standpoint, it is arguably one of more efficient systems. Buds don't block buds, the plants are bushy and full, nearly every Sq in, can be filled if done correctly.

There is a teriffic thread on rollitup by "newgrowerguys" that breaks the ScrOG method so that all can understand. Happy Scrogging!!!
