looking for specific strain

when i was growing up i use to buy from a street dealer in oakland and til this day i can find that strain. we use to call it light, light.

if anyone lived in oakland,ca around 1995 to 1998 and bought some weed on East. 19th and 24th avenue and know the name of it please send me a pm.

it was real fluffy, i mean fluffy and long. more of a sativa strain bud were long and very thin leaves and light green

thats all i know about the strain. well does ne one know the trait it came from like is it afghan, hindu, etc. long thin buds and leaves, that should get me a better idea on my search. this strain im looking for could win the next cannabis cup. i tried most of the cups winning ones and nothing still compares to that one.
