Looking for things to see/do in Colorado

Hi Folks;
Some of my old college buddies and I get together every year, six or 8 of us. This years reunion was scheduled for Colorado, on account of . . . well, you can guess. :) Tourist friendly legal reasons.

Can any of you folks in Colorado suggest interesting things to see or do in the Breckenridge area? Our usual activities lean heavily on local dispensaries, micro-breweries and brew pubs (big craft beer fans). We have done some hikes, on past trips, too. Any and all suggestions welcomed!
Thanks
PS - This is for a late Sept. trip, so too early for anything ski related.

Do you like biking? I know that some of the ski areas have been setting up some pretty cool biking setups. Are your accommodations set up? Amazing camping.

Biking might be cool. We'd have to figure out bike rentals, I suppose. Guys travelling from NY, Mich, Wisc, South Carolina and Colorado.

Yep, accommodations are covered. Vacation Rental By Owner is a cool service. We rented a four bedroom house for 4 days for about $150/night. Not bad, when split 6 or 7 ways.

Last year we rolled through Vail, I don't recall what month, but it was really easy to rent bikes. They know what they are doing. You take the gondola up and the bike down. Good times.

There is always paragliding...
