Looking like a Male? Or too young still to tell?

I WANT to say denial, but watch those two bud looking growths. If it claws like a crab or lobster it’s a male that will grow into nutsacks. Female will continue to look like a bit of a spade from a playing card before pistils come out. But other people might be able to call it out better also.

Ok cool. I'll keep an eye on it ☺️

The dreaded crab. But newer growers - do not get anxious and pull. Observe and wait.

Yeah, Waite and see don’t take my exact word for it. I’ve had plants that also herm’ed minimally and all I did was pluck the male parts and had plenty of amazing viable flower as well. But your still at the “let’s wait and see” part. Unless you’ve utilized dna sex testing

If it is a male you have a long time before anything would be dropping any pollen. Wait until you're sure to do anything. Having an immature male hanging around is harmless.

One of mine took almost a week after I saw pre flower growth to put out pistils, follow the consensus, be patient.

If it was on a raised stalk, then I would say it was a male.

But, since it's not, it's still undecided. I am leaning towards it being female, and giving all that "hope" that it is your way.

When I see them doing this, I tend to look at the structure of the plant itself and compare it to others.

Males tend to flower first. and their branches aren't as complex. They tend to be a bit taller than their female counterparts. Many times I am disappointed at the fact that it turned out male, because they were so strong and "stomping"... The females will be intimidated and be shorter, look less healthy and less strong. They will almost seem stubborn in wanting to put out the two little white pistils...

Could be just my seeds though.
