Looking to do more

I would like to harvest more often. As it is, I am just doing my 11 plants in my closet. I use the closet for both veg and flower. I just change the light cycle when it's time. I have space to do more. What would be the best set-up? A mother plant, a cloning room, a veging room and a flowering room? Which needs to be the biggest? If my closet is 3' wide x 5' 9" long x 8' tall, should I use it as a flowering room? If thats how big my flowering room is how often should i make clones? How many? I want a really efficient set-up, does anyone have a flowering room about this big that is a pretty efficient set-up?

Any ideas on this? I am thinking something along the lines of:

a Small closet or box with a 200ish W MH bulb for my mother plant and 4 clones vegging... I have this on 18-6. Then every 4 weeks, move the 4 clones into the flowering room. At the same time i take 4 plants out and harvest them... If i can fit 12 plants in the flowering room, and i can flower every 4 weeks, that would give each plant 8 weeks to flower.

So all in all, i think my question is this: Is 4 weeks of veg and 8 weeks of bud long enough?
