500 a day is dangerous. that diet came and went as a fad. the added vitamin shots u were taking were basically a placebo.
my wife was doing that diet. i cant believe they re package it as a "new" thing. but glad you did good on it.
Its a hormone not a vitamen... anyway, it fucked up my periods for a long time... not going into details but for six months or so afterwards, it was no bueno.

Ya know, some girls like bigger guys. Don't do it for anyone else but yourself. Also, working out and exercise does become addictive.

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm guessing that's why they say look in the mirror not the scale.
yeah for sure. scale once a week is all you need. when im in bodybuild mode (like now) my cheat day is sunday so before anything (but after going potty) in the morning
i step on the scale. gives you true results.

do not do what i did. I went on a diet where you inject yourself with a hormone everyday... I had bruises everywhere... Plus you only eat 500 cal a day... I lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks... But its hard to maintain
i dont think meth is a hormone..........lol

potato, poe tot toe...lol either way, that "diet" isnt really a diet. as you know now. its just a calorie deficit meal plan with a shot.

I used to be really fat because I just snacked alot. Then I developed depression etc and hit 93 lbs, then started smoking and went to 115, then went on a break and lost nearly 10lbs in the first 3 days.

I don't know if you've considered it already but going on a smoking break might help you lose some.

Congratulations on the amount you've lost already, that's a huge achievement and I hope your self esteem is as greatly improved as your waistline Hun. You made up your mind what you wanted and made it happen x

see thats what that compant is banking on. peoples blind knowledge. they see the results in the end
and continue with their products not knowing its destroying them inside. that diet messes with your
metabolism to such a bad degree that its amazing the FDA approves of it. i boycot any diet thats sold at a gas station.
(they sell it in gas stations here)

we had to get it from a doctor, because its expensive and hard to obtain. Which is why I think me and your wife did different things.

this is partially true. you need to eat smaller portions more frequently. that doesn't mean eat less. just stay on schedule eating every 2.5-3 hrs like 8-10 oz portions, to speed up your metabolism and turn into a fat burning machine, instead of storing the fat.
