lots of red hairs, receding into bud but not alot of trichs

can some one tell me why this is happening.

some strains arent very resinous. mexican strains tend not to have alot of resin, ie brown bud, tire weed, ect. i have grown from bad bags and it was still decent with not alot of resin.

I grow the same seed-strain in summer and winter.

My summer crop gives me less trichs from a hot room, than my winter grow with a cool room. My winter grow is always more potent and I see a lot more trichs.

The Bud looks done...Could B Genetics....Could B Enviroment...Could B a bit early(seen some strains crystal heavey in their 8th/9th week).......But by the looks of that bud I'd say genetics..Is the smoke any good?.....It get U High?.....Grow or Buy different Genes..........................1ONE1..................

you are 100% right.

BUT, right now, in my HOT house, I have the central air on, so the room is cool, with the LIGHTS it is 82.

In winter, I have the heat on, and so the room witht he LIGHTS on, averages 86 with the Heat on.

I get more trichs in winter than I do summer. i've doen grows in both, several times.

it is curing, the bud smells alot like hay. I hung it for 3 days then i put in in a glass jar. I leave it open at night and close it during the day. I have smoked a little, harsh but gets me high. I hope the smell of hay will subside.

the plant is outdoor organic. Grown since april. Flowered for like 10 weeks.

Yeah Id say genetics....Try some different beans next season...And never B afraid 2 try BagSeeds sometimes U get Jems... I think that keeping the jar open all night may allow Ur Herb to dry out too quick. Check the Harvest section and theres a Drying & Curing Tutorial..Its good...The more patient U R when Drying and Curing the better the smoke experience IMO.....BOOM Whomp by no means am I criticizing U , I have learned so much from folk here...I follow most Tutorials word 4 word and tweak them 2 my needs once I learn How,Why,When to utilize them...StayUp...1ONE1.........
