CHAA = Community Health Analysis Area but it does sound weird to hear her saying "Chaw" like the wants a plug of chewing tobacco or something

prescott valley got zero i think.

i wonder what kind of hole in the ground this area is and do they have any double wide trailers for rent! :)
And do they rent month to month so you would only have to live there the month your card needs to be renewed :D

Strange things I've heard being whispered but the mic picked up;

"There's still one left, what are we gonna do?"

"It's my turn, Maria"

"Don't touch it, don't touch it"

and ANOTHER BREAK!

they need to announce why they are breaking.

i would kick my employee's asses for not announcing why.

every word and gesture will be reveiwed.

they need to watch what they say. protests are easy to make and sometimes hard to fight.

yeah they had the guy put on surgical gloves to pick it up I guess cause it could be claimed that any body oils could have made the ball heavier and reduce it's chances of going up the tube. I'm wondering what would happen if that magnetic latch came lose and the lid blew up and all the balls went everywhere, it would be hell asunder!

technical difficulties = protests

not good for this team.

it's what i did for 20 years. i love procurement stuff.

they would have gone over proceedures 20 times but when humans are involved :)

if there are protests, and i'd bet a paycheck that there will be, everything stops. IF it's a valid protest.

if it was open to the public i'd go just to do the play by play for the uninitiated

What about saying that Scottsdale CHAA 65, "applicants check their email because of new numbers issued at 10:30..."
That was 30 min ago, how can that be?
This seems like an Arizona department run operation, when does the real lottery ever just cut out.
Half-assed and very budget.
