Low humidity problems? black/goldish spotted curled leafs(pics)

Also forgot to ask these two questions.
1.Should I top these plants? Or should I just let them do their thing since this is my first grow. I am trying to get as much out of this as possible, so I am leaning towards topping them. Or is it to late to top them? Plan on vegging for about 5 weeks, right now its about to hit the third week of veg.
2.I drew lines in the buckets to let me monitor how much water is in the reservoir. My plants have drank around 1-2 gallons so far. Do I top off with just plain RO water or do I add nutrients to the top off water?

Volume of humidifier reservoir will only affect how often you will need to refill, not performance per se.... i got one that has a high output rate ("turbo" mode) using an ultrasonic atomizer to make more if a fog than a mist. It also has a humidistat controller that you can set to automatically maintain a given RH, all the way up to 85%.... I think these features are more important than volume, but is nice to not have to worry about refills for a few days, that's for sure!! Seems to work realky good here, where RH is normally ~30% or lower, and I'm growing in a ~6ft x 9ft bathroom, in the tub with curtain drawn closed most of the time... i also have an exhaust system that runs for 15min every 30min during lights on, and am able to maintain whatever humidity i need (haven't gone over 70% though).

Top those ladies- trust me, they will thank you for it!!! If in a feeding cycle, versus flush, I recommend maintaining your pH & nute concentrations as much as possible, so either match the top-off water chemistry first, or add the ro and then adjust res back to prior levels...
Alright cool, going to top them today. Any ideas whats going on with the back left corner plant? the brown spots are starting to spread to the new leafs. all the other plants are looking healthy. PH is fine, humidity is now in the 60s, temps are between 70-80, good air flow, roots look healthy. Really confused right now on whats going on with this plant.

I think it looks good. I am famous for struggling with low humidity. especially this time of year. I use a cheap ultrasonic humidifier, but after trail and error I have learned to use ro water in it due to the mineral dust from my tap covering everything in a white layer causing blockages in the stomata (I believe atleast due to my experience). a swamp cooler is a dream of mine one day. On the note of humidifiers you would more so want to aim for a warm mist humidifier to cut down on bacteria. Also be careful venting humidity into the ducts as this "may" cause excessive moisture in the intake duct which in a dark place could breed mold spores. just a thought I am not an hvac by any means. I agree with colorodo grower also about cycling the ventilation to give you control over levels until you reach a desired result between lights on and off. A humidity controller is a good thing to look into one day also (I do). A last resort I would say could be a vented humidity dome? Just some thoughts. I hope this helps a little and happy growing. @Fertile Mind Thanks for the intake! I am currently using RO water, my tap water is HORRIBLE! My plants would most likely be dead within the first week or two if I used my tap water haha Right now I have learned to control the humidity with the fan exhaust. I have a fan speed controller on both tents, I have found if I turn the fan power down, humidity goes up and temps go down(figured that out one night when I turned the fan power down and humidity rose to 90%, but don't worry I fixed it extremely quick haha). Also keep in mind that I have a wet towl, tray with water with fan blowing over it, and a humidifier in the tents.
Hope that helps some new growers out, exhaust fan control does make a big difference. At least it does for me and my specific setup.
I plan on posting some pics throughout the grow. Right now everything is going extremely well and I am learning a lot. I topped all my plants except two of them(first time grower, still experimenting
). There is only one that I am having problems with, and that is the back left corner plant. Its throwing some fits for sure, but can't seem to figure out whats wrong with it(looks like a ca deficiency, but PH is perfect). But other than that, all the other plants look healthy as hell. Plants are going into flower in about 1.5/2 weeks from now. Vegging for 5 weeks total.
