Low PH

What does a plant look like if the ph level is to high or too low?
anyone got some pics?

Im not sure if my ph meter is working correctly.. It looks like my plants has started to grow a bit slower and the leaves are small they kinda grow all twisted then open up once its a bit bigger.

Also they used to smell very much.. Maybe i got used to it but i think the smell is going away also. could this be a ph issue?
