Anybody got some updates on their Low-Watt grows that they'd care to throw into the mix? I've just topped mine at day 25 of vegging, plant reached 6 nodes high so I topped just above 2nd node for 4 main colas. Its now day 26 and already the plant has bounced back and produced new growth, looking good. Have tried to make a clone from the material I topped, however with no seperate clone room as yet its going in the main veg box which might not be suitable...

this is my grow space as it evolved(all plants in these photos have been harvested or killed due to stupid mistakes(first grow)i have since moves to a new home and started again with 6 seeds, strawberry haze will be the last of my mail order seeds(have not planted yet) my setup is still the same as the last photo without the wooden shelf. :blsmoke:

total wattage...approx 240w

I have 3 middies, a WW clone, and a sprouting dome under 5 23 watt cfls. I will be adding two more little sprouts in the next few days, am I going to need more bulbs too? Also, can you regenerate your females with cfl's?

yea you can re-veg with cfls, i did it to my last girl after harvest but decided to toss it after all my seeds took, and dont listen to anyone that tells you you cant use 2700k bulbs(soft white) to grow beginning to end, you can, youll have better results if you veg with the 6500k then flower with 2700ks but i only use soft whites

Loving the jerry rigged lighting set up with the Y splitters, sucks hairy balls that we dont have that option in the UK

Thanks for the heads up redwolf! I got a bunch of the soft white given to me. I do use the 6500 for veg, but its good to know that if I need to supplement one or two of the 2700 I can. I'm going to try to re=veg my 3 female WW and my 2 female BBxPurple Haze. Hope it works! How many little popcorn bud sites should I leave so that I can expect good growth?

i cut everything off but i left about 1-2 inches of each branch so that there is something for the leaves to re-grow from.(usually they will start new branches in the gap between an old branch and the main stem,{the part that looks like a Y})

My little girls are about 4 1/2 inches tall and they have stopped growing it looks like. Any idea y this may be happening? Also, I just got 2 new auto assassin sprouts last night, and they are already about 1/2 tall today. Is this normal for autos? All of my plants are smaller than 5 inches and I have a grand total of 8 plants in my veg room right now. I am running (6) 23 watters at 6500K. All my plants are about 3 inches from the light...Does it sound like I'm doin it right? Thanks in advance all!

An inch or two on ALL the branches? Or do I cut it down and make it shorter and just leave the bottom branches so that it has room to grow again?

Okay, I got this. Im currently growing (experimental) in a home theatre subwoofer enclosure. I have (3) 26w cfls = 78w total. Its now on its 4th week of flower. Enjoy!
