You want to raise your co2 ppm level as the plants grow and flower. 1250 ppm is pretty low for max ppm in flower. You should be more between 1500-1800ppm at peak. Some think 1800 is high but I've been using that as a max for around 10 years now with great results.
Yes, the plants will metabolize higher levels of co2 more effectively with warmer temps in the 82-85 range. The cooler you go the less ability the plant to metabolize at it's highest potential.
Keep in mind though that ambient temp is different from plant canopy level temp. The temp at the plant canopy level under the lights will always be warmer by 5-8 degrees approx than your ambient air temp if you have good cooling and air circulation in the room.
