lower/raise humidty how to?

title pritty much explains,just trying to figure a few more things

YOU CAN RAISE IT BY MISTING YOUR PLANTS. NO SE HOW TO LOWERR IT THOUGH.

to raise you're humidity, I would buy a little room humidifier at target for like $10. It's only about 10"x6". works like a champ. Lowering is tough, though. Never had to lower it, I've always had to keep it up.
