After watching your recent video, I have concluded the following: you frequently prance and dance around your garden with THAT music blasting in the backround NAKED. lol (you know Im correct)

As for the yearly spring clean, does a spicy curry not do the same. lol

no problem, OMG you would not believe how great you feel afterwards. plus as an added benefit, your tollerance goes way down.

yah its true, i do. i don't like clothes too much. my friends call me a redneck hippie. lol
the cleanse that i am doing does a lot more than just make you poo,it removes the mucoid plac buildup. then the internal cleans works on all of your organs.

Hey Barbie this is a shot of the GDP bud that was put into drowning this morning, she will have run thru the chamber and be ready for a taste test when you get to Denver for the cup
