Cant post links with my phone, but....

A Globe and Mail article cites that Tilray, Delta 9, Peace Naturals and others are lobbying to have the gst and hst removed from their product?

Hahahahahah....

Theyre killing themseves. The BIGGEST reason they are LPs in the first place is because of the tax rev they werr supposed to generate. Talk about cutting your own throats.

Anyway @hippy ...there ya go... you a prophet man...lol
 
well the compassion clubs got denied as they Feds don't view it the same as medicine. they had a top notch GST lawyer on their team too. i can't see them winning because then they'd have to try it again

Well isnt that contradictory. Two arms (courts and HC) of the feds says it is medicine and one says not...

The timing of this demand is absolutely hilarious

Canadians should not have to pay tax on medical needs but they had no problem with this setup from the get go iirc

Yup now that they are in trouble they realize that charging no tax could help them . They didn't care before if you paid tax, but now are desperate at any thing to keep the boats a floats.
Boycott..show your might ! They can't figure out to steal your money directly...yet

Actually the bail in scheme adopted by Cyprus and Greece has been adopted by every first world nation. That's literally theft and a complete flip of capitalist principles on their head... forcing depositors to eat the risk instead of those taking the risks. Absolute ridiculousness.
 
Got an email from broken coast like 20 minutes ago with a link to sign the petition for this.
 
All they're hoping for is more sales.
No tax, cheaper meds, people will probably buy more and there's more money in their pockets.
