·The Health Canada LP system is a public-private partnership which was strictly prohibited until 1971 until Trudeau I thought that it would be a great way to deliver government services. A fairly current example of fascism is Italy under Moussolini during World War II, Moussolini made an alliance with Hitler and provided soldiers and weapons in exchange for not invading Italy.
Trudeau II has made an alliance with LP's in order to implement legalization at the expense of patient right to grow and Conroy commenced the implementation of this plan by concurrently representing patients and LPs and then crafting the Allard Action to conveniently leave out 50% of the MMAR patients and give them an unasked for 150 gram limit and Trudeau II secured his capitalist interests in his fascist government by establishing TWEED, all while the ongoing War on Drugs is fiercely waged upon patients.

Holy conspiracy theory, Batman! I'm sure you are going to provide some evidence to support your comments. Who knew P.E.T. was the one who paved the way for LP's...was the 40 year delay planned? And here we thought Harper was PM for the last decade, and now you tell us Trudeau was calling the shots with the mmpr and LP's- kinda following what his dad started? I wasn't aware the Liberal Party established any LP- or that they were working in collaboration with Conroy, et al. I'd love to hear what you think gives any validity to what you write. You made a claim of Trudeau 'making an alliance with the LP's, instructing the courts on how to rule in his favour, and setting the 150g limit. And you think he did all this while sitting on the back benches as the third ranked party? Your credibility here is shot due to your accusations of kidnapping and threats, yet ignoring any questions on why you didn't file a police report. Perhaps you could save face by validating what you wrote.

So they licensed them for the purpose of closing them,dummy? How does that work,again? Not all are going to meet the licensing requirements and cities will limit how many there are and where they operate. Same as liquor stores and restaurants and churches. If the goal was to close them, they pay a police force to uphold laws... there would be no licensing required. Try thinking before you type. Troll.

So far. If they wanted them closed don't you think it would be easier to just kick the doors in and shut em down? Instead of composing a bill, creating legislature, rules, regs, not to mention going through all the applications, issuing all the licences, and then still having to regulate them thereafter?

But that wouldn't fit with Dizzy's theory that the Trudeau Liberals are controlling everything that happens that involves marijuana. It must of been executive orders from the PMO that forced the cities to license those dispensaries in order to shut them down. That's the only thing that makes sense...at least in Dizzy's broken little mind.

if you go back in time, wasn't it the Liberals who were forced to make the MMAR? They did such a bang up job...and the Conservatives eroded it even more to what's going on today.
i wonder why Canadians only have the Libs or Cons as the leaders. i don't think there ever was another governing party.
it seems like an endless loop-"I'm pissed at the Liberals so I'll vote Conservative". then a few years later-"I'm pissed at the Conservatives so I'll vote Liberal" and around and around.
i wish another party would get a kick at the can.
I think if Jack Layton had lived, he may have done it.

I don't think the NDP is any different than the others, although I liked Layton. And it was the Liberals that brought in the mmar about 3 months before Harper came to town.

canada has a 2 party system just like the states. the governing party has been flipping between the 2 since confederation.
