Lst 12/12 anyone?

I want to know if anyone here has grown either 12/12 from seed, grown using LST (low stress training) or SOG or SCROG and the height of the plants

also if anyone has grown 12/12 from seed i was wondering the yields and maybe some advice on strains (indica vs sativa on 12/12 from seed)

any help would be great im trying to start up my first grow

here ya go mate , best 12/12 from seed thread on the net, bits of lst , topping etc etc in there.
i think the best strains are indicas , normally takes 10 -12 weeks from seed to finish, depending on lights you could but between 1/2 oz - 3oz per plant
