Now that they are tied down. Just let them grow for like a week b4 you tie again. You want that main stem to be turned up and grow a little, then tie again. You have to give them time to respond to the tieing. But looks awsome man!! Here is a pic of mine right b4 lights went out lIMAG0240.jpgast night.

why would you do both topping and LST? are you cloning?
Why wouldn't you want too? more buds for a small sacrifice of thc. he is making his plants absorb more light and be able too be flowered sideways if he chooses too.

more buds for a small sacrifice of thc.
just wanted to clarify that there is no loss of thc when you train your plants... Other factors will dictate that... But not pruning and certainly not LST, or HST for that matter.... And that is a fact, not an opinion...

not harping on anyone, just trying to help...

didn't have the time to read the entire thread so if it has already been mentioned I apologize but, you can lst a plant as soon as it sprouts technically. personally I lst when my clones get around 3" tall, never had a problem. with those results I have to assume lst'ing at any time is okay

Honestly, id wait to tie down until she has a few nodes. Ya you CAN do it at any time. But let her grow a few inches, then tie. A good indicator to me, is when my plants head is just past the edge of the pot when bent over. Or at least wait until the secondary branches start to show. Those are what you are really wanting to grow when you LST n e way. Keep it up though.
