Lst or topping

My plants are about 5 1/2 in tall some a little bit smaller they are about 4 weeks old I just started pinchinching it 2days ago should I top em or should I start lst

I top first, then lst

LST them, letting the subordinate branches grow out more and later top the main stalk if you want. i say this because the plants are young and topping immediately can slow down the growth crucial in veg. LST makes it bushier, later you can decide to top aswell.
