LST Question

Soon I'll be growing a plant or two for personal use, it's not my first time growing but I haven't grown in almost a decade. Initially I'll be starting them off in my phytarium (Special growing machine for growing exotic flowers. Controllable temp, lighting, humidity and C02), it'll have 6 30w 36" T12 fluorescent tubes however I can only grow to a maximum of about 1 foot (30cm) in that, after which I'll have to move it out and put it under my growing stand, which will have the same bulbs, but only 4 and they'll be full-spectrum (Too cheap to buy 4 low temp and 4 high temp). However, in that, I can only grow plants to a maximum of about 20" (~0.5m) before they get too close to the fixture.

I'll be growing a strain that has an advertised 1m average height (Possibly Royal Queen's Blue Mistic). Is it possible to keep the vertical growth sufficiently low by using LST, HST or any other technique? As far as yield goes, I'm happy as long as I can get at least an ounce dry per plant but the more the merrier.

Any tips are well appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, i would suggest small pot sizes combined with LST such as topping/fimming and bending. Currently i am trying a method i found on the forums called main-lining, gives either 4, 8, or 16 even kolas.
