Lst question.

I just started an auto black diesel. I was reading on lst for autoflower. It says to start the lst around first or second node. I want to use the training method with little stress on the plant. Any advice with this would be appreciated.

is having a string attatched to a paper holder on the side of the pot too much stress? thats what i do
