Lst then top or top then lst?

I just transplanted 2 of my plants yesterday and in a couple of days I'm gonna top and start lst on them. My question is which should I do first lst or top and how long should I wait between to do the other? Hope that makes sense, haha. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

Top then LST. That way you can tie down your two tops. Much easier than tying down one main stem. Up to you though. Either could would but, I think top then LST would work a bit better.

I read an awesome article on training methods on nebula hazes website

I particularly liked how it explains the redistribution of auxins in the cannabis and how to sway the dominance...very cool stuff...

You can lst for as long as you like.

Don't think it matters man, and fuck topping (topping), try cheater topping... A lot faster recovery, and more shoots. THEN top. or keep cheater topping (if your trying to propagate clones that is) .

What's cheater topping? I've never heard of that before and I'm all for less stress on my plants.
