LST topping?

I plan on doing some LST with a throw in, UFO seed, from attitude. Reason being is that if i break the little lady during bending it wont hurt me as much. My question is do i top the lady first and then bend? Or do i just forget about topping because the bending around in circles will simulate that of actually topping?

i topped and lst, and topped, and just lst'd. when i did both i had alot of stem splitting, had to bandage the plant up alt. from now on i personally am only lst'ng from now on. from seeing the side by side comparioson of the 3 different methods on the same strain in same conditions. hope this helps.

i would actually have done the same thing, try out each method, same strain same conditions, but i dont have the space to do so.
