LSTing with 12/12 from Seed?

Hey all,

I've got two New York City Diesel seedlings (21 days above the surface today) that I've been running 12/12 for the past 14 days. According to the dispensary I got the nugs pulled the seeds from (and from smoking it), it's a sativa dominant hybrid (although, the pollen was from an unknown male). Anyway, is it even worth LSTing if running 12/12 from seed? Will that just delay the start of flowering by making it grow more heads?

I've done quite a bit of reading on both 12/12 from seed and LSTing, but I haven't been able to find much about both together, so any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

Yes mate it is worth it, especially on sativa doms. Although some plants don't like it as they don't have time to recover as its 12-12

these are 12-12 and lst'd. usually start lsting around day 14

Ok, so I'm back with another question on the subject: Any recommendations for how to LST? I've seen the corkscrew configuration, something very bonsai tree-like (sort of pulling branches into different directions, and seemingly random tying down whatever seems to get too high. Any suggestions, and are those suggestions impacted by the strain (i.e., sativa does better with random tying down due to its bushiness; indica does better with cork-screwing; etc.)?

I just take the upper 2/3 of the branches and tie them down towards the edge of the pot bringing to about the level of the last 1/3. Basically you are pulling the colas so they are horizontal then secondary branches become new colas ( especially if you get the tops tied down before the main flowering stretch)

I only grow 12/12, will never go back to Veg/Flower crap. YOu can do ANYTHING in 12/12 that you could at any other time. JUst keep in mind that they start to flower fasters so you need to TOP/UP POT/ early and LST as needed.
