lights went out last night never came on this morning DAMN WTF anybody else have a problem with there lumatek?

I had an electronic ballast fail, the company replaced it immediately. I took a magnetic in it's place for reliability. Contact the store you bought it from or the company directly, they will give you a shipping number to send the ballast to them and they will ship back at no charge or tell the store you bought from to give you a new one. It's a new market and they don't mess around with upset customers.
Try a new bulb and plug the ballast in other electrical outlets in your house before returning the ballast.

ya called the warrenty number you leave your name and number they say they will call you back hopefully they do. iv only had the thing a lil over a year. well i threw my ladys in the veg room il have to take em out every night i just hope the stems dont snap while moveing she can barley hold up these sticky fat nugs and there still putting on weight.
ya i ran through all the trouble shooting nadda. it was werid i wake up at the same time the lights come on so i was waiting for the light and thinking oh your crazy you just dont remember what you set the timmer for, but shore enough after 10 mins of WTF opened up the flower room and the ballest wasnt even warm. at first i though maybe i just blew my hortilux since iv heard of them blowing out early but switched the bulbs nothing, switched sockets, and pluged my coffee grinder in the socket to test it and it worked so ya

it's a 50/50 isn't it? Bulb or ballast? Go to a nearby Hydro store and test one of the 2 first. Good luck to you
