Made some brownies today...

So I decided to make brownies for the wife today. I used 1/2 ounce white widow bud and 1/2 ounce blue dream bud to make one pound of cannabutter. The recipe called for 10 Tablespoons butter, so I figure around 55 mg thc per brownie if the bud averaged 10% and I cut into 16 pieces. She decided to eat one full brownie as they tasted so damn good. I'm not much of a cook but these came out great...we will see how potent they end up being. Recipe below:

10 TBS cannabutter
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs

1/2 cup flour

Melt and blend first 4 ingredients in bowl over steam. Let cool 5 mins.
Add next 2 ingredients and combine until smooth and shiny.
Add flour and mix well.

Pour into foil lined 8x8 baking pan
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
Cut into 16 squares

She needs to up it this next time. Said it didn't come on very intense at all. I did grind the full ounce and then baked at 250 for 40 minutes. It seemed that would do it. Maybe she will try one and a half brownies.
