Decarbing when recipe uses high heat?

I am going to test this whole decarb thing once and for all. And will get back to you on the results :) Problem is, who here has actually lab tested the results? Im not going to it costs money. I infuse coconut oil with cbd flower, and normally i first decarb the weed in the oven. IM going to make a batch without first decarbing, ill use the same quantity of ingredients as the decarded version, and compare the results. I have made cbd tea using cured non decarded CBD flowers, the tea comes out with strong cbd effects, with non decarded weed. So the heat of the boiling water must be enough to decarb most of the cbd. But to reiterate, we need lab results, everything else is just someone's opinion based on feeling the effects etc

I just tried fadedawg's method here with some hash and coconut oil. It was pretty clear when decarbing was happening and when it was complete.
Since it was hash i skipped the 6 hours at 150, and just stirred till the hash was fully disolved.

Check out the link in my sig as I have instructions on how I make my cocobudder doing the decarb in the oil as the last stage of cooking it. Now I just extract with solvents and decarb the oil after recovering the solvents as my last step.

I have a lot of regular pot and CBD pot to process and will be sending samples of each to a lab in Vancouver to get potency testing for $60 each. I'm expecting a few oz of each type of oil so for $120 it's worth it to know exactly what I'm working with for med dosing.

Since your making feco anyway and you want consistent dosing you might want to consider a strong mct oil infusion.

I make them at 4.5mg per drop and dispense in drops from a eye dropper.

Count your drops and any food becomes an consistent and easy to dose edible that tastes better than an alcohol tincture.

And not showing up in lab tests, although they're great, things like adding lecithin, carbs, terpenes, caffeine and so on can alter the effects.

In a infusion we like, made from feco, lecithin and mct oil we add drops of food grade sweet orange oil. One drop sweet orange oil to 12 drops mct. It tastes pretty good and has limonene, a terpene known for energy and uplifting effects.

Just a thought.
