MAINE: Best mixture to grow with?

Hey fellas and lady fellas, I've posted a couple threads getting a few answers but not any that I'm satisfied with. I live up here in Maine and I only grow outdoor, (I'd like to grow indoor I just haven't gotten anything set up yet, or bought anything...) and I want to grow with a good mixture of soil, nutes, bug killers, etc. I'm thinking about making my own mix and seeing how a plant does from seed to harvest. I'd like to know what brands and what ingredients I should add to the mixture, I'm going FULLY ORGANIC too by the way, I don't want pesticides and shit like that.

Here's what I'm doing (don't mind all the dollar signs and all the random shit) minus the fox farm, I'm just buying premium potting mix by the yard

10 cups perlite
11 tsp rooters mycorrhizai (one pound per 100 gal hole) $17 per pound $72 8 lb
Soil
1.5 cup Indonesian hi-p bat guano (.5-13-.2) ($37 11 lb) $38 11 lb hydro
1.5 cup algamin kelp meal (1-0-2) $24 5 lb $100 55 lb (wormsway.com) $15.5 5lb hydro
1.5 cup espoma tomato tone (3-4-6)
Nutes Walmart/home depot
1.5 cup azomite (2 lb $8) $50-$70 54 lb $22.5 10 lb hydro

I use compost mixed with swamp soil, potted soil, horse manure, and chicken manure.

Compost:
Coffee grinds (Nitrogen, bug repellant)
Egg shells (calcium AKA lime)
Orange/banana peels (potassium and phosphorus)
Any left over veggies

Swamp Soil:
High in nutrients as well as worms and shit like that.

Potting Soil:
I use MG.

Manure:
Chicken shit is the best. I also use horse manure to "fluff" the soil. Also high in nitrogen.
