Mainline... sort of... clone some?

I'm trying my first mainline but kept the lower branches to clone and they have gotten bulky like the topped mainline, cut off all lower to clone or let 2 or all stay through flower?

Are you following a tutorial? It's usually suggested to cut off everything below the manifold before flowering.

Well I kept the bottom for clones because I read it's better to get lower branches for clones. It's also tough to cut a plant you love lol. So basically clone all the bottom branches?
