Major drooping! Help

My plant was looking fine yesterday. Its about 4 days into flowering and i have it running on a 12/12 cycle but last night I wasnt feeling so good and I ended up falling asleep and forgot to turn of the lights for the night... and know today when I woke up and looke at my plant it looks awfull!

I watered it right when i say the plant.. now i just have it in light again should i just continue the 12/12 cycle?

Half ass jobs get half ass results, no offense...
Your plant looks over watered.
Atleast go buy a light timer brother. Also, waterings should be every 5-7 days, no sooner...unless your plant is rootbound.

GreenChile, you dont need a light timer. you can grow just as good weed without it than with one. he just forgot once
