Major transport needed! Help!

I have two lowlife russians that need help, i made a major mistake and germinated two seeds and placed them in hardened aerogarden to gorw. the tap root has has good success but becasue of the harden fome it can't sprout. I need to go to the store and get soil, pots exc... I have no idea what i need!

Well the aerogarden will continue to give you issues but I would get a rockwool cube and transplant the rooting seedling into it until it pops out the cube then put it in soil after that
