I do not have a pH meter, I know, it skind of like a must for this kind of projext, but one is on the way.

ANY POSSIBLE REMEDIES I CAN TRY NOW SINCE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY pH METER?

I never ph'd my water when I was growing in soil. Was told soil is very forgiving. When is the last time you watered them? How often have you been watering them? Im guessing that they being overwatered.

Usually a sign of nute burn but not to the point that it actually burns like usual. Water without nutes for the next week or so or do a good flush.

I was under the impression that flushing in the case of over fert is the ony real appliction. but they do look over fertilized but over watering can ccause many of the same side effects.. cupping leafs, losing foilage etc

yes, and thats what he needs to find out first. Has he been overwatering the plant? If no, than flush and let soil dry out.
