It's true BoneZai -There are a shit ton of cities that have already implemented 'Zoning' that has essentially pushed-out Caregivers from doing their homegrowing business anywhere in town. This is really fxked, especially if you own property in town and/or have to move to continue being a CG. It's not much of a stretch to blame this on all the neon Dispensaries getting this reaction zoning city zoning boards.

I wonder if you could be grandfathered in since you were there before the zoning. I also wondered the same thing if a daycare opened next door.

It fucking makes me sick when these fucking Quack Doctors are held at such a high level in society and all they give a fuck about is making the Paper(money). These guys are not good for the movement either they just make it look bad and even criminal.

i gave it to bloody awhile back to over the same situation. he let me know about it in a pm btw( sorry bout that bro). but i have to say i have seen what he's talking about along with buckaroo and glad and whoever else. med advice welcomed. although i would expect more than " use indicas for this and sativas for that". yes he seems to have more than a passing knowledge of the laws but almost no knowledge of medicinal uses of the plant. i can spend 5 mins online finding out what has worked for patients(strain, way of ingesting...whatever) with similar medical issues (migraines, cramps, nausea...whatever) oh and for headaches i suggest jilly bean but what do i know i'm not a doctor
