So, I've been around for a hot minute. Been growing since the mid 90's, seriously since 2002. Started out like most people... kid finds a bean in a bag, slaps that puppy in a cup of dirt from outside, toss it in the ground out in the woods, get a shaggy 1/8 of bs your 13yr old buddies claim is awesome.. but you know better.

Moved on to spare parking lot hps fixtures with homemade reflectors and cool tubes running a sog in 2ltr soda bottles crammed into kitty litter trays in a 3x3 2 tiered closet. I had a small stand up cabinet with a bubble cloner I made out of a plastic shoe box and a fish tank pump. They would go from that, into the soda bottles for 1 week, then into bloom. Short and barely rooted. One kitty litter tray, 6 plants per week. Little over 2 zips a week. No pics from that. I don't think I even had a cell phone then lol
From there I had to stop growing for a few years. Long story. Like and subscribe for part 2
I eventually crossed paths with a true brother. Hands down the most honest, selfless guy you'd ever meet. Known as the mayor around these parts. In his 60's, been in a bad car accident, and a separate motorcycle accident where they found him in a tree. He found out I used to grow, he was growing, guy he was growing with was fu king him over. Blah blah.
Anyways, that grow was a full basement. One side veg one side bloom. Like a conveyor belt clone the tops of the week 4 veg pots, pot the new rooted clones from 2 weeks ago, repot the potted clones from last week, up pot the week 4 veg pots to 10g, pull week 9 bloom plants, move all the plants back one row, drag over the next 8 plants from the back of veg to the front of bloom. Move all the veg plants back one row. Water everything. Clean 8 plants. Yeah, I know.. fuck that. Go through and trim it all, keep the rooms clean. Every week. It was a lot to keep up with.
I "helped" him get his money the old partner owed him. He then bought a house and we moved our mother plants there. I chopped everything else to the dirt, in every room, before we left the other place. He's lucky that's all I did
I know this is a long intro, but stick with it. I'll be done in 10,000 words or less.
Grew with him for about 10 years. Always changing nutrients, changing levels, never seeing what it would do through a complete run. Just chaos.
It got to be too much for him, so I went back on my own last year.
Of course there were always plants in various stages of veg and flower while I'm building crap all around them. Everything gets a fine layer of sawdust the first 3 months of every grow. That has not changed.
