First off I'm not sure where to put this I didn't see a cooking section but if there is feel free to move this Admins lol but anyway. I harvested a couple plants the other day, ive been saving up all the leaves and stems from this and the last two I harvested, keeping sugary trim in one lot and fan leaves/sugarless trim/stalks separate in another bag. My plan is once they dry and I finish trimming off the rest of the sugartrim, ill decarb that, stick it in high-proof alcohol (unfortunately in Aus finding higher than 80 proof is very bloody hard, ive been to about 5 bottle-os but ive used 80-proof vodka before with proper bud and it seemed to work) and let it soak for a few weeks, meanwhile grind up all the fans, stems etc decarb those and then slowcook some butter with them. Does anyone think this is a good/bad idea, got any ways I could tweak/improve it etc, and also if anyone can give me a rough idea of how much of the sugarless stuff I need thatd be appreciated, one friend reckons you need a pound of leaf to get a good batch but THAT seems excessive.
