Making machanical or ice hash. Can you use newly cut, not completly dried trimmings?

Just harvested two different stands of hydro. A plethra of trimmings. Can anyone tell me if you need to wait until the trimmings are completely dried or can you make the hash with undried trimmings?

yes, freeze them fresh spread out on baking pans, then bubble it up. fresh then frozen trim is actually better for some strains.
