I just took these pictures now, had the light on 20/4, seems to me they grown slightly quicker withing the 4 hours of i taken the other pictures yesterday.

You want big plants a faster growth you need more light. Get the 400 and put them under is and watch them grow....

They look great. Were the sprouts tall and skinny when they first came up? either way they will pull though fine. The stems already look a little thicker

yes they where, all fell over lol, most of them stand up on there own now without support, shall i go buy a 400w light and if so what light ?

Your stems look real weak man... If you don't already, Get a samll oscilating fan that oscilate some air on them , That will strengthen your stems... My palnts at a week and a 1/2 have stem bigger round than a #2 pencil.... Also add more light,the more , the better... Maybe try addig some organic nutes... those plants should be 3 times the size they are... Try adding some organic nutes... Becareful though, give them a small dose and see how they react... Best of luck with them man...

Theres your problem. It seems if though they were stretched at the start witch gave them their shape now. They will do just fine and look great. Of course on the 400w hps

Just Been And Bought the reflector for my 125w CFL as they didn't have the 400w... Also mesured my plants and the tallest is around 8" after 3 week

Also I have got the 250w CFL And 125w CFL How Close should i put these lights to the plants to get maximum growth and is 20 on 4 or sound good ??

thats fine, great input from the guys (i went to the store)
test the air between the plants with your hand (under the light)
if its too hot for you, or uncomfortable, then its too hot for the plants.
id have them as close as i could, without losing the footprint (lighting all the plants evenly)
how close? dunno, never used these big cfls, but 4-6 inches sounds likely.

yes done that and seems fine where light is,
Only thing is, there is people on here using the same sort of light but getting big plants very quickly,
I mean i no seeds grow slower but this is extremely slow, what else could i possibly do to make them alot bigger ???
