making safe forums

I was wondering if u could inform me on the ways of making forums such as this where its users as well as administrators can feel safe from feds and other likely things

i'd really appreciate if u cud tell me about what one would need to know (such as programming) to create a website like this and all about making sites like this

ya just be like if i did or you would prolly or in my dreams i did this just stuff so if they try and check your messages you mad it sound like your just giving good advice if somebody were too not like you do urseldf got me

Heres what you do. Get you a good forum software package. There are tons of free ones out there, or you could write your own. Do not make it accessible by normal means. Set it up so that you can approve each and every individual. When someone requests to be on your forum, you can do a background check on them. Call the FBI, CIA, local law enforcement to ensure they are not employees. That way its just you and your friends and people will have a place to safely chat about your grow experiences.

Guys all he was trying to say was what it would be like if he did or they would prolly, or in his dreams he did this just stuff so if they try and check thier messages they made it sound like they just giving good advice if somebody were too not like them do urseldf got me:hump:
