are these male, female, or hermies? They have these small flowers on it..i think that might be a characteristic of a male..I don't see any white hairs yet but I see these 4 hair-like things

if the 4 hairs are what i am looking at are called stipules not pistils as they are white in colour. its too early to tell from the pics. but here is some examples of males and fems.
