I have been growing a long time mostly from clones. I now have seedlings that are 6 weeks, little horns at the nodes, 36 inches tall. Here is my question.

All plants have little horns at the nodes when do i see preflower, balls?

There in 1/2 gallon pots, when or how do I see m/f
Did I say they were 36 inches tall?

Should I trans plant to bigger pot and wait longer?

Are there hairs? Its not just that horn, you want to see the hairs. They should be there by now. 36 inches tall, 1/2 gallon pot? Bummer. By the time it fills out an adequate size pot to carry it through flower, once it stretches in bloom...talk about inoptimal.

Plan on transplanting soon??

Depending on strain, but you can usually see preflowers when the plant is mature approx. 8-12 weeks. Whether it be preballs or a little white hair. How old are they. 3 ft. is ridiculous, are they outdoor?

Those horns I believe you are referring to are stipules and exist on male and female plants...
