Male Hermaphrodite. Keep or destroy?

It was a male all the way and suddenly developed pistils

dese two does not add up in my book
either a herm wit sum resesive herm traite - if no stress
or reg cowboy and you missed the stress question is which one

i had a male Nirvana Jock Horror which i was going to use as a stud
to keep things under control, i snipped some of the unripe male balls, tried to ripen them in an air filtered chamber for keeping pollen in its place
anyhow, after snipping the plant started throwing pistils, not buds, but sparse, airy pistils
so stress could have been the tipping point
but i couldn't get any pollen out of it, male flowers just withered
