When in doubt, move it out. Don't take a chance on gettin your whole room seeded. As w33D said the thing is close to spewing out pollin as they're not pre-balls any more, it's flowering now. Yikes!

If i was him i would step to it and kick the fucker out ha ha

I see some balls so i would assume it be be male, i would get it out of there as fast as possible to avoid pollinating your other soon to be females.

Saved the photo, tweaked the saturation, color levels, brightness, etc. It actually looks herm as there appear to be pistils at the tip of the chute, but male looking sacks at the base. The preflower at the node also looks male. BUT, I would not chop it until I was sure, and if you are unable to identify it yourself you will not be sure until you give some better pics.
If possible, move it well away from your other plants and pop open one of the pods. If there's pollen in it, it's male (put it in a baggie to pop the pod it just in case). As swollen as those pods look, you wont have alot of time before they spew.

That is a male plant. At the least a hermie. Either way you don't want it.

Male plants tend to form clusters of pollen sacks that can resemble a bud...like what's going on in the shitty pic from myspace.

Sorry Bro.
