I see what your saying.. but it could be a new leaf set starting. I also see what looks like hairs a little lower..When I doubt let it go til you know.. Is it an auto? Or have you flipped your lights?

Yeah, uhm not sure how you're gonna know for sure 1 1/2 months into VEG. If you want to know, sex them at 12/12. I seriously doubt that going to 20 hr. cycle caused anything to show.

You can definitely determine the plants sex after 6 weeks in veg. If they aren't showing yet they will be soon. This is known as pre-sexing.
Get a decent magnifying glass (not one of those extreme close up kinds) and look around the second or third set of leafs down. Go right to where the node starts and look for 2 little hairs sticking out. The 2 white hairs indicating female are very distinct once you locate them.

Ops plant is a male. It can't tell in your pic there are no sex organ in there. Take a pic at the intersection if the node and the branch. As I the pic above an then we can tell. It's better to take a pic from a bit further away so when we zoom in its still clear.
