I would cut down the bottom with a knife and easily take out of there, or take pot and all go outdoors naked and throw it in the fire make sure no pollen gets on ur clothes or whatever, if you want to keep the stem and you can make some pretty strong natural cordage out of it!

Its a boy. Looks young enough the pollen sacs havnt opened yet. Shouldnt have any provlem with it releasing pollen just rip it out and trash it/burn it.

Remove it from your room carefully, wrap a plastic bag over it and yank, tie the end of the bag and through it in the outside garbage.
