Male pollen harvesting

So I got this wicked Strawberry Cough male that I want to gather pollen from. Does anyone have a good technique for this? I have the male vegging in a room full of small plants. I have a few varieties that I have been growing and have mothers of that I would like to cross with it.

I have been doing some reading on it, but everything has been pretty vague that I have found. My goal is to collect the pollen as cleanly as possible. After the pollen is collected, what should I use to separate the pollen from debris to clean for storage? I plan on putting the pollen into as many small vials as I can and refrigerating them for future use.
