I popped 5 Querkle seeds on 4/1 and today when I took them out of tent to feed and treat for spider mites (recently contracted from a GDP mom I introduced into garden without prior treating) I noticed a few pre-flowers on a couple females and one male had sacks everywhere...everywhere. They are in a 4x4 tent only under a 4 ft 4 bulb T5 fixture. I would like to keep him for breeding projects, but the truth is I probably wouldn't be ready to embark down that road for at least eight months or so and cant afford to have the pollen dispursed early due to stress from the bugs or whatever. I've got the mites contained to this one veg tent so I really dont want to move the male into my other vegging area either. Would it be wise to just cut him down and try for a male when I am ready for one, or pick some sacks off, clone it and cut down the seed stock male? Could this be a result of becoming rootbound? They are in 5.5" square pots. 4 females 1 male, I also have this ratio with my Plushberrys. So far I'm loving the tga gear.
